The Spirit of the Father, Thought Adjuster, about Christmas
My beloved Father, I worship you, I worship you out of love for you and of my own free will bestowed by you.
My beloved Father, Christmas is approaching. A great multitude of people on Urantia are clinging to a tradition to mark the date of the advent of Jesus to our planet on December 25 even though the birthday of Jesus is on August 21. However this tradition is so deep rooted that people without even caring whether or not Jesus was really born on our planet on that day in particular, give tribute to this day throughout the world. But they give merely a ritualistic tribute, without love and faith, a tribute to the tradition and to the feast in its outer form.
My beloved Father, how to change this holiday so that it would turn from ritualistic into a true advent of the living Jesus into the heart of each? What is the most reliable way to a living Christmas Holiday?

My beloved son, if at least for a moment somebody starts feeling Me as living and real within then the ritualistic holidays and dead traditions stop existing for such a son of Mine. And they lose their value and meaning not because of the fact that such a son of Mine starts playing down these holidays or regard them as worthless but rather because of the fact he begins to feel their outer form without their content within that is being filled up by Me only; by nobody else but Me for it is I who lives within you, within each of you, all the time, and it is only thru Me that you can sense the true and living reality around you. And having sensed the living and true reality you begin to notice that any artificial and any untrue festivities cease to satisfy your soul.
That would be like to look at a glass bottle with a pure and refreshing water in and to make an attempt to drink it without uncorking it while you really see the very water in the bottle but you do not feel the taste of water and to not quench your thirst.
It is due to this that your present ritualistic religious feasts are dead and untrue for they are dominated by rituals without an opened up heart of yours.
At the present time all, without any exception, the ritualistic and dead religions, invented by you, attract only the believers of these very religions while the believers of the other religions do not celebrate the holidays of the other religions.
And already this very fact should give you evidence that they are not from Me for I do not divide my children according to the religious rituals and according to separate religions.
You design these very rituals and fence yourselves off Me and off each other. And you become alien to one another, and you even start killing one another in My name. Therefore now some of you travel during Ramadan to the city of Mecca that you have designed to call as holy, others consider Jerusalem to be a holy city, still others think that it is the mountains that is a holy place, while still others look upon the nature as holy. This is the way you divide Me, each of you slicing a tiny piece of Me and recognizing only this piece while completely denying the other pieces sliced off Me by others. Meanwhile, it is I AM, and I am indivisible because I am the Father of all and I am One to all the creation.
It is Jesus, as My Creator Son, that I sent down in the lowest form of a free creature among you and as one of you to help you get united and discover Me as the Father of all.
And he has performed his mission and did it to the very end; and carried it out even by sacrificing his life out of love for all of you. Therefore, it is you, each, that can now enjoy the presence of My own spirit, Thought Adjuster, leading you from within to a living truth and light out of love for the living and true Jesus, My Creator Son and your senior brother.
That is why now you need to open up to Me in all your sincerity to be able to experience My love that is already present within all, and each, of you, thru My spirit, and you can experience it only by sincerely opening up to Me and at the same time sensing the presence of Jesus himself around you wherever you might be going and whatever you might be doing. Therefore it is only your sincerity that is the remedy from the present darkness that has submerged everything in pain, contradictions, and fear.
Experience Me within you by becoming sincere with yourselves and you shall begin to feel, to experience within yourselves as to how I am soothing you, each, and you shall begin to sense ever more that you also start loving one another. You begin to love truly rather than vainly uttering the words: “I love you,” even to your closest relatives. Then you shall start uttering these very words out of your soul opened up to each of you. And you shall experience that you are all brethren and you are close to one another.
And then it shall be that very true kingdom of heaven that Jesus was speaking to you about two thousand years ago.
And the beginning and end of this kingdom to each of you is within yourselves while its beginning and end to Me is all the creation, and all of you, as the whole, without singling out anyone and without wronging anyone.
Therefore you do not have to struggle for a bigger love of Mine, you do not have to plead Me that I would love you more, that I would help you so that you might relish My support as I love you all and help you all, and I am doing it always; all you need to do is to make use of My love and support, channeled to you. And you can make use of it once you are opened up to Me, with all your heart.
And it is only then that you shall notice that each day is Christmas. Each day shall turn into your living day together with Jesus, even as together with Me for all of us together shall do only good deeds to one another.
And it shall also be that heavenly kingdom that Jesus was speaking about. You shall be able to do good deeds together with us only. You simply fail to understand what goodness is without our assistance. You shall experience together with us that you begin to sow the seeds of goodness only. And each seed of goodness shall give you personally one hundredfold harvest by the deeds of a good and full of My love character of yours, by your service of goodness.
And then you shall discover that Christmas shall have become absolutely unnecessary to you. You shall have outgrown those clothes of children’s toys and gifts.
And at the present time you are misleading even your own children from the very birth of theirs by pouring the material gifts upon them meanwhile radiating no love vibrations that I am bathing all the creation in, including all, and each, of you.
And you are raising your children merely by means of the glistening outer gifts and toys and by this you are erroneously leading them away from the teaching of the living Jesus about My Fatherhood and the brotherhood of all rather than about his birth and gift- giving to one another. That is not the true path that has really been taught by Jesus. That is the path of your suffering and erring even though every year it is being lit with different colors and lights ever earlier. However, it is missing My living love, the vibrations of which you are the only ones who are able to pass on to each other. On My part I have already supplied you with them, and in abundance, by bestowing My own self thru bestowing the Thought Adjusters who are namely containing My love vibrations.
Therefore, your heart merely needs to open up to Me so that your soul would start sensing them and be replenished with them to its capacity and subsequently share them with the other brethren. Thus this way you would experience by yourselves that the true and living tide of My vibrations of love and goodness has nothing to do with an outer shining unless it is colored with the love vibrations from within and meant for all, and for all without any calculation.
It is this sort of the Christmas Holidays that the children, longing and thirsty for your love, are waiting for. Your own souls, that are also thirsty for love, are waiting for this very same sort of Christmas as well. Meanwhile now you have pushed love out away from you altogether. You have replaced it by commerce and racket for the benefit of satisfying your own animal ego, and you are proud of the manner you meet every new Christmas.
However all the Christmas Holidays of yours are sad to your soul, they are without life, and without My love. Therefore, they are not the sort of Christmas that is being awaited by My Creator Son – Jesus. He does not need any trading-commercial Christmas, he needs the Christmas of the heavenly kingdom with Me being discovered within and with the vibrations of My love being sensed by your opened up to Me soul and being shared by all and with all even as Jesus was, and is, sharing the vibrations of My love with you two thousand years ago, and now.
Could have he managed to endure the suffering on the cross had not he been feeling the vibrations of My love within himself and sending them to all of you? Could have he desired to take his gospel together with his apostles to his other brethren had not he been feeling the vibrations of My love within his opened up heart and sharing them with all he encountered on his path throughout his mortal life wherever he was going and whatever he was doing?
Therefore your path is exactly like that of Jesus – to sense within your opened up heart the vibrations of My love I have already sent you and to share them with all without any calculation.
This is the sort of Christmas you must have. And every day.
